Changing Futures are based in Northamptonshire and aims to provide real opportunities for people to gain the skills they want and help to achieve the career progression opportunities they deserve.
We strive to create a better community for all and do this by working with a range of organisations to access and deliver a number of community based, commercially focused activities.

Changing Futures works with many organisations to help access training, career progression and employment opportunities and has access to a number of routeways and/or direct support that could help people in many areas.
Our Focus
We help businesses develop together by empowering people of all ages with the access to opportunities to grow.
Education:
Providing access to a range of programmes that offer life skills, confidence building and business relevant qualifications
Health:
Well-being and good health are essential to our lives. Changing Futures works with providers and partners to ensure that everyone can access the support they need - both physically and mentally
Community:
It takes an entire community to create change for the good. We work with Employers, Local Authorities and other interested parties to affect that positive change

We now have a range of online training courses available, covering Health and Safety, Business Skills and Health and Social Care.
